Pre-Trip

I made to my airport hotel in one piece, but I'm more worried about getting to my Italian hotel. I have to get up tomorrow at 3:45 a.m. (even the receptionist here flinched when I told her that) to make my 6:30 flight. That might be getting there ridiculously early, but traveling alone and I do not go well together, so I figured I'd allow as much time as possible.

It is only 5:30 pm here, but I suppose I should go to bed in a few hours so I'll be able to function during my first day in Venice.
